Young, professional household of two (one male, one female). Non-smokers with no pets. Female occupant often alone due to working hours, hence female applicant preferred.

Rent payable monthly in advance. 3 month minimum term.

Single occupant only.

Will consider Sunday evenings if arrival is after 7:30pm - and happy to discuss specific terms for the right person.
