The house is in an outer village of Cambridge called Foxton, which is under 5 mins walk to Foxton Station. It is direct to Cambridge South Station (4 mins / bio-medical campus), direct to Cambridge Station (9 mins), and direct to London Kings Cross (1hr). Foxton is picturesque, relaxing, and safe, with a pub, village shop, post office, and recreational ground close by.

I'm starting a new job soon that requires me to travel a lot, so I'm looking for a responsible lodger to share the house with, and who is comfortable with having the house to themselves on some weeks. I'm very friendly, respectful and don't smoke or have pets.

The 2-bed house is clean, welcoming and cottage-like in style. It boasts a front and back garden, living room, kitchen, bathroom, porch, and parking.

For single occupancy, the larger bedroom is available at £750pm. I am also open to a couple for a slightly higher price.

Available now and at least up to Jan 2027. After this (or even before) there is an option to rent the house fully.
