I’m a 26-year-old female living in a lovely ground floor flat with my boyfriend Tom and our cat Lenny 🐈

I enjoy cooking, nature walks, crime documentaries (of course!), and more. We’re looking for someone who will treat our flat like their home.

Tom and I are relaxed, friendly, and enjoy a normal routine. We like sharing meals (and the occasional bottle of wine 🍷) and getting to know new people, while also respecting personal space.

Lenny is a friendly and curious cat, so being a cat lover is a must! 😄

About the flat:
• 10-minute bus journey into the city centre 🚌
• Quiet development – feels more like a house with its own entrance
• Shared garden 🌱 (with three other flats)
• Allotment 5 minutes away (we have a plot, you are welcome to have a patch!) 🥕🌽

Things to note:
• Cleanliness is important - we’re looking for someone tidy 🧼
• Reasonable noise levels (no heavy metal at 3am! 😅)
• Must be comfortable living with a cat
