The property offers easy access to central Cambridge by foot, bike, car, or bus. Residents benefit from a large communal kitchen/dining area, a main bathroom upstairs, and an additional downstairs WC downstairs.

I am looking for someone who is kind, clean, and relatively self-contained—someone who enjoys living in a home environment rather than a typical house-share/HMO setting.

Preference is for a female professional, though I am open to considering the right person regardless of gender. Students may be considered if rent can be guaranteed.

Short lets and weekday-only lets are also welcome.
