Hello, looking to rent out my downstairs room in my house in Great Abington.

You get a double bed in a converted Garage attached to the main house. There is a small en suite with shower.

The garage is just off the kitchen, and there's also a conservatory / living room to enjoy as well as a small rear garden.

I work locally as a paramedic but day times only Mon - Thurs. There's plenty of space for you and you'll often have the house to yourself as I will be at my partner's house fairly frequently.

Lovely village, with good and quick bus links to Cambridge.

The science park is within easy walking distance.

Additionally the room is furnished but I can remove or add items depending on your needs.

There's kitchen cupboard space available as well as access in your annex to a loft space - ideal for any storage needed.

Parking is available.

I have a very friendly and affectionate cat called Ted who also shares the property! - He wouldn't be able to deal with another pet as he's soft as...
So sorry, no further pets allowed :)
