Two rooms are available in this warm and welcoming property:

Room 1: A cosy and comfortable single room (75 sq ft), furnished with a single bed, television, and chest of drawers – ideal for a practical, easy to maintain space.
Room 2: A generously sized, bright double room (123 sq ft) featuring a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and television – offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home.

The house is clean, tidy, and well looked after, with a calm and friendly atmosphere. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys a quiet, comfortable home while still having easy access to the city.

The property features two bathrooms, providing both convenience and a good level of privacy. I (58) live downstairs and use the downstairs bathroom as my own. The upstairs bathroom is shared between both tenants and my daughter (21), who all live on the same floor. She may use the upstairs bathroom as needed, but also has access to the downstairs bathroom.

You’ll be sharing with a small, respectful household, creating a relaxed and easy living environment.

There is also a friendly golden retriever in the home, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
