Large fully furnished master bedroom with en-suite bathroom available in spacious and well-located semi-detached house in Great Shelford, South Cambridge. We are two young professional males in our mid-twenties and, having have recently moved in, we would like to invite a lodger to occupy the 2nd floor master bedroom on a long-term basis. The room is available from July 1st and we will offer viewings on a first come first serve basis.

The house itself is very spacious and well-located. Great Shelford has a train station with direct lines to Cambridge (5 mins) and London Liverpool Street (1hr 15), and the village high street is within convenient walking distance. Addenbrooke's hospital is only a 10-15 minute ride away via the DNA cycle path and busses run regularly from the main road.

The house features a large open-plan and fully furnished kitchen, dining area, living room and utility room which will be shared between tenants. We also have front and rear gardens, a porch, off-street and free on-street parking, a secure garage with cycle hooks and a garden shed. We also have a spare room which will either be turned into a visitor room or a work from home office.

The master bedroom is a 2nd floor loft conversion and benefits firstly from being west-facing, meaning you get great sunset views. The room is large and features a brand new king-size bed and brand new pocket sprung mattress, as well as a used wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink, and heated towel rack. We would be happy to discuss purchasing more furniture for the room depending on your requirements as there is plenty of space up there.

The rent is £1000pcm (£1200pcm for a couple) plus council tax (band D), energy (gas and electricity), Water, Wifi (Virgin Media Gigafast), and TV License. All bills are paid on the 1st of the month and will be split evenly between tenants (divided by 3).

Please also note that we currently have three indoor/outdoor British Shorthair cats living in the house, however they are not ours and will be returned to their home in 1-3 months time. There is a possibility that we may look after them again at various points, or that we get our own cats at some point in the future.
