The other human inhabitants will be away traveling for a considerable time over the winter, so you'll have it to yourself for several weeks- possibly months!

The property is located between the villages of Abington and Hildersham – a remote, peaceful setting surrounded by fields and wildlife, perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat and tranquility whilst remaining conveniently close to key amenities.
It's not all butterflies and birdsong though- the property is accessible only via a long, farm track which can get muddy in winter, we don't have wifi- though phone signal is good so we usually hotspot for internet access, and the water pressure is perfect is you enjoy indulgent baths but if you can't live without power showers... possibly not a great fit for you.
