Looking for a FEMALE student or professional. The room is furnished with bed, desk, under-bed storage and a large wardrobe. The female lodger will share the use of a family-size bright bath room only with another female and will share the family kitchen including facilities and equipment. There is also downstairs toilet for shared use.
We have experience hosting students and professionals from all over the world. Broadband and bills are included in the weekly rent. Bedding and towels are also supplied.
The room is not suitable for hosing regular guests though.
The rent is paid weekly and there is no minimum stay..
