Rooms in Warboys

Rooms in a detached house near the center of Warboys. Short walk to the local pub. Guests have access to a bathroom which will only be used by the them. There are 3 bedrooms available in total, two with double beds and one a single plus a trundle bed. They will only ever be rented out together - you would not be staying with other unknown guests. You are welcome to rent 1, 2 or 3 rooms so good for a family, work accomodation or a group of friends.

You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining room and there is a small sitting room upstairs separate to the bedrooms which has a sofa and TV with Sky Q with sky sports and a PS3 which you will have private use of.

Tea and coffee facilities are provided in the kitchen and you will have room in the fridge and storage in a cupboard in the kitchen.

There is a hot tub in the garden which guests can use for an additional charge. Please give us notice if you wish to use this.

There is garden furniture and a BBQ which guests are welcome to use, please provide your own coal. Please note there is no smoking in the house or garden.

This is for Monday - Friday or occasional weekends depending on circumstances and dates. You will be sharing our home but would ask that the downstairs living room only used if we are around also. Thanks.
