BEDROOMS
All rooms are fully furnished to a very high standard with ottoman storage beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table or shelf, desk and chair. All rooms have hard-wired Ethernet sockets, USB charging points and TV Aerial sockets.

WEEKLY CLEANER
We also provide a weekly cleaner that cleans communal areas and the off-suite bathroom, a window cleaner and gardener.

KITCHEN
Fantastic well equipped large kitchen with seating area, including double oven and electric hob, large fridge/freezer, combi-microwave and dishwasher. Leading to a fully furnished communal living area with a TV.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available and are free to use.

Garden area with washing line. Also a garage with secure locking for bicycles.

BATHROOMS
All are fully tiled with showers and automatic Envirovent extractor fans. 5 Rooms have an En-Suite and the 6th room has a none-shared off-suite bathroom used just for this room.

Located in a residential area a short distance from the town centre, offering supermarkets, banks, post office, take-away outlets, cash points, shops etc. There are several busway bus stops within a few minutes walk for routes into the town centre, the hospital, St Ives and Cambridge. Supermarket a short distance away.

Your rent includes ALL BILLS so you can keep to a budget.

The house is Council Tax Band C. The council tax is included in the all-inclusive bills.
