I have a room to let in a lovely clean modern home.

All bills included. Located just outside of Huntingdon town centre in a quiet village in a cul-de-sac. No passing traffic and very safe. Ideal for people working on the new 428 road works.

My home is open to you, you have your own MAIN bathroom as mine is en-suite picture on the advert. All mod cons for you to use being a fully functional home. Private garden and fibre broadband. My accounts are linked in your room if you don't have your own for Netflix. ( TV is now bigger than one shown in the advert ).

Local village shop is 3mins walk and has everything you could need and all the main retailers deliver. 15min drive to Huntingdon train station or Hinchinbrook Hospital.

I am a live in land-lord, this is not a house share or commercial rental business so i expect you to look after it like i do. Everything is provided for you including clean towels and i do the laundry every weekend. If you want to manage your own laundry / cleaning i fully respect privacy no issues for me. ( less work ).

No working from home or remote IT applicants sorry. Because of the cost of living and energy i cannot afford for my house to be lived in and treated as an office. Move in with no complications.
