The room is fully furnished to a very high standard with ottoman storage bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. There is a hard-wired Ethernet socket, USB charging point and TV Aerial sockets.

WEEKLY CLEANER
We also provide a weekly cleaner that cleans communal areas and the bathrooms, a window cleaner and gardener.

KITCHEN
Fantastic well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and double oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer, combi-microwave and dishwasher. Leading to a fully furnished communal living area with a TV.

Washing machine and tumble dryer are available and are free to use.

Garden area with patio and washing line. Also a garage with secure locking for bicycles.

Located in a residential area a short distance from the town centre. There are several take-away outlets, cash points, shops etc. A convenience store is a short distance away.

The house is Council Tax Band C. The council tax is included in the all-inclusive bills.
