The house is located down a very quiet lane. It is close to the centre of a popular village with a well-stocked village shop and post-office, playing field, walks, tearoom and two pubs. On a bus route and has large supermarkets within a two-mile radius. Huntingdon train station is around 3.5 miles away and an approximately one-hour train journey to London Kings Cross.
