Double Room

I have a very nice, single room, and a another double room to let in my large clean house. The room is fully furnished, with large wardrobes.

The house is very conveniently located in the centre of Huntingdon, just off the High Street. Literally a few minutes walk into the town centre for the supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. It's just a 10 minute walk from the mainline station and 15 minutes walk to Hinchingbrooke Hospital.

The property is very homely and has a very large kitchen, with plenty of storage space.

I would like to have a tenant move in, that is a working full time professional. Clean, tidy, and respectful of the rest of the household and neighbours.
Currently the other tenants are all female, and I would prefer the household to remain all female, as I would like my tenants to feel safe and comfortable as they do now.

All bills are included in the price of the room, along with the wireless broadband. I also have a cleaner that helps keep the property tidy.

The single room is available from the 20th April and the double room is available from the 11th May.
