2 Double rooms in Huntingdon

I have two furnished double rooms available for rent in my house in Huntington. It is a spacious 3 bedroom house with a garden and two separate living areas. The rooms are on the second floor. It does not have an en-suite but I do so the the top floor bathroom would be mainly used by the lodger(s) (but not exclusively). There are also 2 parking spaces so one would be available to a lodger if needed. There is also plenty of free on street parking nearby.

The house is a 10 minute walk to the town centre and a 20 minute walk to the station. It overlooks the allotments and is 2 minutes from Riverside park.

I am a 33 year old female. I am a practising Christian and work as a youth and families minister for my church. I do my office work at home so am around quite a bit but often work evenings and weekends. I have a cocker spaniel called Ginny. She is very friendly and energetic so you would need to be okay with an overexcited dog! I enjoy walking, reading, watching TV and hanging out with friends. I am quite sociable but also like some alone time.

I'm looking for a female lodger of any age - I would love someone who would like to hang out a bit and be friends but there is plenty of space in the house to get away from each other too!

Bills would be included. I also have a cleaner who comes every other week and will clean communal areas but lodger would still need to be generally clean and tidy. There is a TV which has Disney plus and prime video. I don't currently have a TV licence but if that was important I would be willing to share the cost with a lodger.
