Double room. Bills included. Quiet location

Double room to rent. All bills included, including WiFi, Netflix, Disney+ Amazon Prime.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk and clothes rail.
Shared bathroom, however there is also a downstairs WC. Shower over bath in upstairs bathroom.
Shared kitchen. No use of lounge.
I have 2 small dogs. Someone comfortable with dogs is essential. Happy to consider someone with a pet but my dogs are not good with cats unfortunately.

I am fairly quiet person and like my own space. I’m a shift worker so will be in and out early and late some days.

I have a garden which is just lawn at the moment and is used for the dogs to have a little run around between walks. The dogs are not often left in the house when I’m not there and stay elsewhere when I am at work.
Due to my work this would need to be someone without any criminal convictions, anyone I live with is subject to vetting.
