Double room available in a quiet house share in Sawtry. The house is on a peaceful road with driveway parking available. There is a built in cupboard with a shelf and hanging space, double bed with drawers at room at the end of bedroom for a chest of drawers.
Although I'm a live-in landlord, I'm only here for around three nights a week so you'll have plenty of space to yourself.
I'm clean, easy-going and looking for someone who'll treat the house like it's their home too – someone who's tidy, respectful and happy to keep the place looked after. I'd love to find someone who's friendly and easy to get along with. It would be nice if we got on well enough to have the occasional chat, watch TV, while also respecting each other's privacy and personal space.
