Double room in Huntingdon

I have the top floor of my house available to a professional female. The house is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so great for commuters. Garden and driveway (space can be shared if needed). House is fully furnished, so shared kitchen and living room has everything you'd need. Bedroom has basic furnishings - bed, wardrobe, and drawers, along with a large storage closet too. Shared main bathroom, but there is a separate toilet too.

I am a full-time working professional female and would like my housemate to be the same. I am a quiet and easy-going housemate. You would need to go through a references check through the letting agency - who, alongside the landlord, have given me permission to advertise for a housemate here.

Rent includes all bills - however, if you work from home and as such increase bills, then that would also be included into rent.
