Within the lounge there is a sofa, chairs, coffee table, bookcases and a desk for use for PC etc, also a smart TV.
French doors lead out to the decking and a small walled garden with seating.
The lower ground has a basement for some storage, and an exterior door to a public footpath that leads down to the River.

The house has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout. Fibre Broadband available throughout the house.
Outside there is off street parking on the verge/pavement.

This room is available from early summer full time & would also suit a professional working Monday – Friday (negotiable on 5 nights)
Couples could also be considered with proportionate increase as well as short term lets. (Most bills included as is storage if required.)

The property is 1 minute from the river and open fields and is well positioned: situated on the direct bus route to Cambridge, St Ives & Huntington - it also has good road links to the Midlands, Cambridge, Peterborough (A14/A1). Would suit NHS staff as close to Hinchinbrooke hospital. [RAF Alconbury & Molesworth are also close by]. The mainline railway is under a mile away in Huntingdon, with trains direct into London via Thameslink (St Pancras International) and the Great Eastern lines north/south out of Kings Cross.
