On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and gas oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, plus a dining table & chairs. There is a Washer/Dryer and plenty of storage.

Within the lounge there is a sofa, chairs, coffee table, bookcases and a desk for use for PC etc, also a smart TV.
French doors lead out to the decking and a small walled garden with seating.
The lower ground has a basement for some storage, and an exterior door to a public footpath that leads down to the River.

The house has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout. Good fast Broadband available throughout the house.
Outside there is off street parking on the verge/pavement.

This room is available from late July full time & could suit a professional working Monday – Friday (negotiable on 5 nights)
Couples would also be considered with proportionate increase as well as short term lets.

You will share the house with live in owner as I split time beween here and London.
I occupy the top floor & therefore share the bathroom/kitchen/lounge,
But most of the time, you will have the place to yourself.

The property is 1 minute from the river and open fields and is well positioned: situated on the direct bus route to Cambridge, St Ives & Huntington - it also has good road links to the Midlands, Cambridge Peterborough (A14/A1). Would suit NHS staff as close to Hinchinbrooke hospital. [RAF Alconbury & Molesworth are close by. Mainline railway is under a mile away at Huntingdon with trains direct into London via Thameslink and mainline Great Eastern lines north.
