Fully functioning kitchen including 5-hob stove, double oven, and very large separate fridge and freezer and dishwasher.

At the end of the kitchen there is an additional table, and large double patio doors that lead to a beautiful slate patio with doors to the garden.

We are looking for 2 female professionals to rent the rooms. No couples.

The home is ideally suited to professionals looking for a beautiful and relaxing home while visiting Cambridge as a temporary placement. The resident landlords are travelling for much of the period.

The 2 rooms are available for single occupancy only and are ideally suited to a professional who would like a quiet, luxurious, fully-equipped, hassle-free home whist working in or around Cambridge.

If you enjoy curling up in front of a log fire, maybe with a cat to keep you company on winter nights or sitting relaxing and enjoying a beautiful garden in the spring or summer with a coffee, this could suit you perfectly.

The lodger’s agreements will expire by mid-June 2027.
