The room is available Monday to Friday.

It is a lovely peaceful double room available in the village of Linton, which is close to Cambridge (approx. 10 miles) and conveniently placed for Granta Park (8 min drive), Addenbrooke's Hospital, ARM Ltd (20 min drive) and the Wellcome Genome Campus.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house and 3 miles away there is a train station where a direct line runs to London (approx. 1 hr) and to Cambridge and Ely.

The room has its own en suite bathroom, use of the kitchen, dining room, snug and garden. Bills are included, including council tax.

This is a 4 bedroom house with 3 other adults and our lovely cat. The cat likes to wander, so the lodger will need to be happy with this :)

The homeowner works from home most days and would prefer a tenant that doesn’t work from home.

We are a friendly and easy going household, but you will have your own space.
We are looking for a mature and easy going lodger Monday to Friday only - though the odd weekend could be discussed if required.

We are looking for someone who wants a relatively short term let, probably 3-6 months.

Linton is a pretty thriving village, with a co op supermarket, 2 cafes, 3 pubs, 2 gyms, hairdressers, beauticians, chemist & a GP surgery.

There are some lovely walks in the surrounding countryside.

Upfront deposit and the upfront rent for the first month.

It would be ideal for a working professional, single occupancy only.
