Lovely peaceful double room available in Linton, close to Cambridge and conveniently placed for Granta Park, Addenbrooke's Hospital, ARM Ltd, and the Wellcome Genome Campus.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the house and 3 miles away there’s a train station where a direct line runs to London and takes approx. 1 hr.

The room has an en suite bathroom, use of the kitchen, dining room, snug and garden. Bills are included, including council tax.

This is a 4 bedroom house with 3 other adults and our lovely cat. The homeowner works from home most days and would prefer a tenant that doesn’t work from home.

We are looking for a mature and easy going lodger Monday to Friday only - though the odd weekend could be discussed if required.

Linton is a lovely small but thriving village, with a co op supermarket, 2 cafes, 3 pubs, 2 gyms, hairdressers, beauticians, chemist & a GP surgery.

There are some lovely walks in the surrounding countryside.

Upfront deposit and the upfront rent for the first month.

It would be ideal for a working professional, single occupancy only.
