• Mostly sole use of a shower bathroom downstairs. WC outside bedroom.
• Access to a shared kitchen, downstairs living area, WC and garden.
• Bills included: Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband, TV Licence, Council Tax Band E.

• Located 20 minutes walk from St Neots train station with easy access to Co-op local, Pharmacy, take away food, parks and nature walks (~30mins drive to Cambridge).
• An well-maintained kitchen dining space and separate living area with balcony, great for relaxing and unwinding, as well as working from if required.
• A lovely garden with outlooks on the river great ouse
• With 4 bathrooms there is plenty of space for everyone.
• All other bedrooms are on the top floor.

About Me:
• I am a single parent in my late 30’s with two children ages 11 and 7.
• Professional music teacher so do have students come to the house for instrumental tuition on certain days of the week.
• Children are here 50% of the time, but often doing their clubs after school. House is big enough to get quiet space.
• As a family we enjoy the water and have access to paddle boards to hop on and off the river when ever desired.
