We now have a new house located in Littleport which is a 10/15 min walk to Littleport train station that takes you to Ely and Cambridge City Cente or a 10 min drive to Ely. There are also nearby bus routes into Ely.

We are looking for tenants that are hard working, quiet and Clean and want a calm house to live in with the ability to share with others. We do take references and credit checks to ensure you are the right person for this house who can take care of the house as its their home. The house is beautifully furnished to a very high standard.

The rooms each share a bathroom with one other person.

There is a cleaner that will clean communal areas weekly.

There is a washing machine with an area to hang your washing and all usual appliances.

The garden is small, neat and tidy, ideal for those summer days.

We are active landlords who regularly visit the property to ensure our tenants are happy and safety is paramount.
