Northstowe double room in 2-bed flat

I'm a professional in my early 30s and live in this modern two-bedroom flat in Northstowe. After a friend recently moved out, I'm looking for one friendly, considerate and tidy person to share it with.

It's very much a home rather than an anonymous house-share. The main living space is an open-plan kitchen/living area, which I use most evenings for cooking and relaxing, and at weekends when I'm at home. I work from home most of the time, so I'm around during the working day, although I have my own routine and am often out and about outside work.

There's also a neighbour's cat who I'm 'uncle' to and is a fairly regular visitor to the flat.

The room is for single occupancy. Friends or partners visiting occasionally isn't a problem, but because this is a fairly compact two-person flat I'm not looking for someone who would regularly have overnight guests staying.

Longstanton Park & Ride is 5 minutes away by bike or around 25 minutes walk. Single shared bathroom. On-street parking available. All bills included. (currently no office chair, though this will be included in furnishings)
