One kingsize with en-suite and one double with shared bathroom all recently refurbished available for professional person/s or mature students in large executive home. All rooms have home working desk space and smart TV. You will have access to shared kitchen with your own fridge, freezer and cupboard space, utility room with washing machine and microwave, dining room, lounge and gardens. We are are friendly, busy people who are sociable while respecting the privacy of others.

We are within walking distance of the center of town with a five minute beautiful walk along the river Nene, with a nine minute walk to the station which has easy access to Peterborough, Ely, Cambridge and London.

We have a totally flexible approach to letting our rooms on a month to month basis. Monday to Friday lets are also an option. We are clean and tidy and are looking to share our home with respectful and like minded people.

"NO SMOKERS PLEASE” Vaping is fine:)

All linen and towels included. Cleaner visits weekly to clean bedrooms, bathrooms and all communal areas. Other communal house sundries included with the let, eg. toilet rolls, hand soap , washing up liquid etc.

**Rent stated is for single occupancy **
add £30 per week for couples. (ensuite room only suitable for couples)

RENT PAID MONTHLY IN ADVANCE ONLY

Deposit necessary to reserve the room at point of acceptance which will be taken off of the first months rent.
