I'm looking for a clean, tidy and responsible professional to share my two-bedroom terraced house, which I own and live in.

The house has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden, all of which you'll be welcome to use and enjoy.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who needs accommodation Monday to Friday, although I'm also happy to consider someone looking for a full-time arrangement.

I'm a professional myself and would like to share the house with someone who is respectful, considerate and takes good care of their living space. Keeping the house clean and tidy is particularly important to me, so I'm looking for someone with a similar approach.

I'm planning to arrange for a cleaner to come once a week, with the cost shared equally between us.

I'm hoping to find someone friendly, independent and easy to get along with, who will feel comfortable and at home here.
