A comfortable furnished double room is available in my clean and peaceful three bedroom home. The room has a double bed with two large drawers underneath and a clothes rail, with use of the shared bathroom, kitchen, garden, washing machine, dishwasher and your own parking space.

I am a live-in landlady who works from home, so I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and enjoys a calm home environment. Ideally, someone who works outside the home during the day would suit the household well.

The house is in a convenient location with local shops nearby, a bus stop within a 5 minute walk, the town centre around 10 minutes away, and easy access to the hospital and local parks.

This is a short-term arrangement for approximately 3 months only, August until 31 October (No extensions allowed) It would suit someone needing a comfortable, well-kept place to stay during this period.

The home is non-smoking, no pets and no overnight guests. Single occupancy only.
