The living area includes, desk, desk chair and sofa. It also includes kitchen with cooker, extractor, hob and fridge. Everything needed is in this large studio for self contained living. You will see a lot of adverts on Spareroom for studio rooms that are double rooms with everything in, this is double the size of those other rooms - a lot more space.

It also has its own router with super fast broadband in the studio. Your own wifi hotspot and direct ethernet connections. All included in the rent. The rent covers all bills.

The property has an outdoor area and a very large off street car park for tenants to use. The location is very good, on a bus route and close to the A14/A1 plus the business parks. We also have a bike rack for cyclists.

Unfortunately I cannot accept pets due to allergies.
The studio is strictly for one person only please, no couples.
