The bedroom is a good double sized room. There is a spare room which we can also share for storage etc. There's a large garden at the back and will have use of the kitchen and sitting room. The area is very pretty and connected to the City Centre via the X4 bus which stops a few metres away. Parking spaces are plentiful at the front of the house. Easy to live with housemate!
