Double room w/ ensuite to let

Hello there,
I have a double bedroom with shared bathroom which is cleaned and maintained to a high standard for rent. My family and I are live in landlords, myself and my wife work full-time and have two children who go to full time school.
We live in a rather large house, the room is fully furnished with a new double bed and mattress, it has a wardrobe, desk and chair. The room is decorated to a high standard. We live in a lovely cul de sac over looking a beautiful park. There is parking also available. There is use of a washing machine and plenty of storage. There is a beautiful park opposite the house , perfect for nature lovers, we also have a lovely garden . All bills included
We are looking for a female professional preferably.
