Large double room to let close to the city centre in Northea Lodge, which is a large old grade 2 listed building in a quiet residential area. It's a twenty minute walk from here into the city centre. It's five minutes by bus which runs every 15 minutes.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chests of drawers and wash basin.

Additional furniture can be added if required.

All bills are included, shared washing machine, large shared kitchen (newly refurbished with large range cooker and Belfast sinks), large gardens, high speed broadband (Virgin Boosted Bolt package with WiFi pods around the house). The heating is on full all day and night.

We have safe off road parking with CCTV cameras and a safe double garage for storing bikes. You will have an allocated parking space if you have a car.

The room is in the east wing of the house, on the second floor. It is very large with a window looking out onto the gardens to the east. The room is £570 per month or £625 for a couple. The deposit is £200. The room is available now.

I am a private resident landlord and a fully accredited member of the National Landlords Association. There are no agency fees. Referencing and contracts are carried out free of charge.

We are currently five males and one female with an average age of 45. We are informal but clean, tidy and quiet.
