The room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobes, chests of drawers and wash basin. Additional furniture can be added if required. All bills are included, shared washing machine, large shared kitchen (newly refurbished with large range cooker and Belfast sinks), large diner/living room, large gardens, high speed broadband.

We have safe off road parking with CCTV cameras and a safe double garage for storing bikes. You will have an allocated parking space if you have a car.
