Hi! My name is Katherine and my current lodger is relocating due to work so I'm now advertising the space for October 1st 2026.

My house is a three storey townhouse and I have the top floor to rent out so it’ll really feel like your own space. This includes a double bedroom (there is now a double bed in place of the single bed in the photo), en-suite with bath/shower, and your own personal living room.

I work full-time during the week, but around at home during school holidays. The house is in close proximity to the city centre (7-minute drive) and there are local amenities and nice cafés less than a 5-minute drive away. There is also a bus route that goes through the estate.

Available for you to use in the bedroom is a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The double bed is an ottoman for more storage space.

The bathroom contains a bath/shower and is right next to the bedroom; essentially an en-suite as it will only be used by you.

The living area is also on the top floor and has a sofa, tv unit, and bookcase which will only be used by you (there is a living room on the middle floor which use). If you would like to bring a tv for the living room, I can lend you an Amazon Firestick.

The only reason that I would be up on the top floor is to access the airing cupboard and the spare room which I use for storage.

The kitchen is on the ground floor which we will share, it's a nice size and you will have your own cupboard to store food (plates, cutlery, pots and pans, air fryer etc are all there for you to use) and the washing machine is available in the utility room.

The house has a garden and off-street parking outside the garage, which is accessed through the garden.

I have a dog who is at the house on alternate weeks. He is a Labrador, very friendly and mostly stays downstairs.

All bills are included in the monthly price. I am looking for a friendly, polite and trustworthy, clean professional female to share my house with. I am friendly and calm, fitness is also a massive part of my life so I don’t drink. I would love to have someone around who I can chat with and who has a bright positive energy.
