The room is located in a quiet residential area. Peterborough train station is only 1 mile away.

There's a large communal kitchen with american style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, gas hobs, two integrated ovens, microwave, kettle and toaster. There's a breakfast area in the kitchen but also a living-dining room.

This house will be shared by a maximum and 4 people in 4 rooms. There are two complete bathrooms and a toilet.

Cleaner for communal areas every 2 weeks included in the rent.
