I have a double room available in a lovely 2-bedroom end-terrace house. The property is conveniently located around 10 minutes from Peterborough city centre, with regular and easy access to public transport.

The house has been beautifully renovated and is well looked after, with a spacious lounge/diner, large kitchen and separate downstairs WC. There are 2 off-road parking spaces and a lovely garden with a seating area.

The room can be provided furnished or unfurnished, depending on what works best for you.

I am a live-in landlady, however I work shifts and regularly stay with my partner, so you’ll have the house to yourself for most nights of the week. This makes it a really relaxed and private house-share rather than a busy multi-person house share.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and reliable.
