We have a clean, warm and homely house which has been maintained at a high standard. The house is fully furnished, central heated, double glazed, bright, nice and quiet. We are looking for working professional or mature student (couple may be considered) who are responsible, sensible and respectful. The house is in an excellent location, 12 minutes walk to Peterborough City Hospital.

THE BEDROOM
We are offering is a bright, spacious, fully furnished and well decorated room in the first floor with double bed. It also includes big wardrobe and drawers, and bed side table. The room is suitable for single occupation (ideal for female occupant).
We may also consider couple, or Short term lets, but the rent will be slightly higher. Please feel free to discuss these options over the phone.

THE KITCHEN
The house has a clean kitchen consisting washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezers and utensils. Kitchen appliances includes microwave, kettle, stove, toaster, rice cooker, blender etc.
