A spacious furnished double room is available in a clean, modern two-bedroom house in Gunthorpe, Peterborough.

I’m a 29-year-old female professional looking for a friendly, clean and considerate female lodger. I work away during much of the week and only return occasionally at weekends, so the house is generally quiet and would suit an independent working professional.

The bright bedroom is furnished with a double bed and you will also have use of the comfortable living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and private rear garden. An allocated/off-road parking space is included.

The £800 monthly rent includes:
- Gas and electricity
- Water
- Council Tax
- High-speed broadband
- Allocated/off-road parking
- Use of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden

The house is conveniently located for the city centre, train station, hospital, A1 etc, with local shops and amenities within easy reach.

This is a quiet. mostly empty home rather than a large or busy house share. I’m looking for one reliable female professional who will respect the property and treat it as her home. The room is offered for single occupancy only and is not suitable for couples.

The room is expected to remain available for 6 months with a rolling contract from there on with full details included in a written lodger agreement.

References, proof of income and a Right to Rent check will be required.
