The large shower room is just across the landing and is shared. There is also shared use of the well-equipped kitchen, including an oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle and toaster. The lodger has their own designated space in a fridge with freezing compartment and a kitchen cupboard.

There is fast Wi-Fi, and all bills are included in the rent.

A parking space on the drive is available for the lodger, and there is secure space in the garden for a bicycle.

This is a quiet home where everyone has their own private space. The owner lives in the property with her dog, and there is currently one other lodger. The kitchen and shower room are the only shared areas.

The house is ideally located for Peterborough City Hospital and Bretton Centre, which has Sainsbury's, Aldi, Iceland, Boots, Costa and other shops and services. There are also good bus links nearby and easy access to the A1 and A47.
