A unique opportunity for a professional seeking a peaceful, stylish and comfortable home with generous living space and plenty of privacy.

A beautifully presented room will soon be available in my spacious detached home in Peterborough. The property is currently undergoing renovations and improvements to create a modern, comfortable and welcoming living environment.

The room is expected to be ready shortly after Christmas, with availability from early January 2027.

This is an owner-occupied house-share, although I travel internationally for extended periods throughout the year. As I will be departing in January, the successful housemate will enjoy considerable independence and privacy while still having the reassurance of a well-maintained home.

Living Arrangement
