Very large double room with walk-in closet. Broadband. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. The room is furnished. Lots of shops and pubs and beautiful walks locally. (See pic of river Nene just 5 mins from the house). The house has a relaxed and laid-back atmosphere. There are 2 bathrooms, a lounge and a kitchen for the tenants' use. The house is within a 15/20-minute walking distance from the city centre. There is a bus stop on the doorstep, and buses go regularly to the city centre. The Aldi supermarket is just a short walk away from the house. I am a live-in landlord; however, I am very rarely in the property. This ad will be removed upon the room being filled so if you still see it, then its still available. First come first served. The room is available from now on. Viewings welcome. These are old photos, but much the same, the carpet will be replaced if it needs to be once the person has left and any furniture requests will be quickly fulfilled.

None of the contractual rubbish. You will need to be clean and give me at least two week's notice to quit. The house is olde-worlde. Probably available from the middle of June.
