About me: I am a 30-year-old professional working for Cambridge City Council. In my spare time I like watching TV, gardening, bird watching, cross-stitch, board games, and spending time with friends and family. I also have two very well-behaved cats that you would be sharing the house with (see last picture)!

About you: I am looking for a friendly, respectful, clean and tidy lodger. Ideally someone of similar age to myself, with shared values and good communication skills – it would be lovely to be able to form a friendship! Preferably looking for a part time lodger e. g. Mon-Fri or 4-on-4-off, however open to a full time lodger with the right person. No smokers please.

About the house: A lovely two-bedroom house centrally located in a cosy cul-de-sac in the town of Ramsey.
Downstairs there is a large living area with sofa, armchair, television, and piano. The open plan kitchen & dining room area is fully furnished with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven, gas hob, and lots of storage space.
Upstairs there are two fully furnished bedrooms, a box room, and a bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The house also includes a drive-way, detached garage, and generous size south facing garden.

About the area: Ramsey is a mid-sized town with lots of facilities including a flourishing high street with a weekly market, a variety of sit-in and take-out restaurants, pubs with live music and social events, charity and homeware shops, and a choice of food shops including Tesco and B&M. It has easy access to both Huntingdon & Peterborough and is lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful countryside and nature reserves such as the Great Fen.
