I have a furnished room available in my home for £625 per month, with all bills included.

I’m looking for the right person to share the space – someone who is respectful, easy to live with, values a calm, clean home environment and is mindful of the cost of living regarding bills. The room is furnished and the house has a relaxed, considerate atmosphere, so it would suit someone with a similar mindset.

Someone reliable, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, who is comfortable living in a home where mutual consideration and good communication are important.
Full access to kitchen and bathroom.
