We are a quiet household of three people looking for a considerate and quiet housemate. Would suit a professional person or someone only around Monday to Friday or someone studying. Would also be ideal for a female professional looking for quiet private lifestyle.

The double room with single bed is newly decorated with largely private newly fitted bath/shower room next door. It has a large fitted wardrobe, shelving and a desk and chair.

The bungalow is in a quiet area and is of open plan design with newly fitted kitchen. The garden is enclosed and peaceful and is always happy to be attended to if required, including a small unplanted vegetable plot. Off road parking is available.

We are a clean and tidy bunch who always leave the kitchen as we like to find it. However a cleaner comes once per week (included in the price). The WiFi signal is strong here.

Sawston is five miles south of the Cambridge Medical Campus/Addenbrookes site, and is within a couple of miles of The Sanger Centre at Hauxton, The Babraham Institute, Whittlesford Parkway Railway Station and Abington Research Park. A Citi 7 bus stop is a 5 minute walk away.

Sawston boasts lots of eateries, shops and a good pub at the top of the road, only 5 minutes walk away. There are good public footpath/cycleway links to each of the above sites.

Available from approximately end of November when our current tenant moves into a more permanent address.
