This large spacious, newly carpeted and decorated light, warm and airy bedroom has a double bed, two large fitted wardrobes, 2 chests of drawers, desk and chair and a large radiator. The en-suite was fitted with a new sink and toilet last year.

We are a chilled and relaxed, largely female bunch, looking for another professional female to join us in our bungalow in Sawston. We all enjoy a quiet, peaceful and private lifestyle, but are also partial to a good chat too. The garden is a relaxing place to be after a busy day at work, and the large kitchen and communal dining area is a perfect space to get together, if you wish. We are surrounded by trees and have a large green space nearby.
The bungalow is in a quiet area and is recently renovated and of open plan design with fitted kitchen. The garden is enclosed and peaceful and is always happy to be tended to. Off road parking is available.

We are all clean and tidy and always leave the kitchen as we like to find it. However a cleaner comes regularly which is included in the price. The WiFi signal is strong here.

Sawston is about 5 miles south of the Cambridge Medical Campus and a couple of miles from the Babraham Institute, The Wellcome Genome Centre and Abington Research Park. Whittlesford Parkway Railway Station is a bike ride away and a Citi 7 bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. There are good public footpath/cycleway links to each of the above sites and Addenbrookes/Cambridge Medical Campus.

Sawston boasts lots of eateries, shops and a good pub at the top of the road, only 5 minutes walk away.
