Room in Sawston

We are a chilled and relaxed, clean and tidy largely female bunch, looking for another professional female to join us in our bungalow in Sawston. We all enjoy a quiet, peaceful and private lifestyle, but are also partial to a good chat too. The garden is a relaxing place to be after a busy day at work, and the large kitchen and communal dining area is a perfect space to get together. We are surrounded by trees and have a large green space nearby.

The light, warm and airy bedroom is spacious with a single bed and has a large fitted wardrobe, shelving and desk and chair. We have 3 toilets at the property and this room shares the main bathroom with one other female.

We are all clean and tidy and always leave the kitchen as we like to find it. However a cleaner comes regularly which is included in the price. The WiFi signal is strong here.

The bungalow is in a quiet area and is recently renovated and of open plan design with fitted kitchen. The garden is enclosed and peaceful and is always happy to be tended to. Off road parking is available.

Sawston is about 5 miles south of the Cambridge Medical Campus and a couple of miles from the Babraham Institute, The Wellcome Genome Centre and Abington Research Park. Whittlesford Parkway Railway Station is a bike ride away and a Citi 7 bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. There are good public footpath/cycleway links to each of the above sites and Addenbrookes/Cambridge Medical Campus.

Sawston boasts lots of eateries, shops and a good pub at the top of the road, only 5 minutes walk away.

The price includes all bills: energy, council tax, water rates and WiFi.
