Ensuite double room for single occupancy

I have my downstairs ensuite guest bedroom available for rent. The room is located out the of back of the property, off the dining room and overlooking the garden. The room includes a king size bed, chest of draws, 2 bedside cabinets and a clothes rail (tv shown not included). The property is a 4 bedroom semi detached house with only this one room let out. Also has a drive way for parking.

Fully equipped shared kitchen, including small utility with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Access to shared living room with sky, Netflix and prime.
Internet also included.

I own the house myself but I have a partner stay a couple of times a week. However once his own house purchase is complete we will probably spend most weekends there meaning you have this place to yourself.

I also have a medium size dog who is shut upstairs when I am not home. She is nervous and will take time to get to know you but once she does she is a real love bug so you must be dog friendly.

I'm looking for a professional male or female, non smoker however I don't mind vaping if done in the garden.
Someone that is easy going, looks after and respects the room and cleans and tidys after them selves in the kitchen.
Sadly this home is not suitable for visiting children.
