All bills included (including BT WiFi). There is one parking spot on site that can be shared. Then there is free street parking behind the maisonette on Priory Road. And there is a car park opposite the flats which is free of charge after 6pm and before 7am Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.

Current tenant you'd be sharing with is, Rosie a 24 year old Physiotherapist (works Mon to Fri, full time). Rosie is friendly, kind, respectful, and tidy. In her spare time she enjoys being sociable with loved ones, playing tennis, and sports. She will be leaving on 1st June. I am a live out landlord (and my name is Bianca).

In terms of location it is... 1 minute walk to Waitrose, 1 minute walk to a gym, 2 minute walk into the town, 1 minute walk to the river/Park. 1 mile from from St Neots Station, which is 21 minutes walk, 20 minute bus ride, 6 minutes car drive and 6 minute bike ride. Fastest train to London King's Cross 39 minutes and the station has parking. 37 drive to central Cambridge and 37 min bus drive.
