You MUST have a car as there's no transport in Offord Cluny. Shared spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and utility room downstairs. Washing machine, tumble dryer, inside airer and outside washing line. Communal weekly cleaner. Very spacious, quiet and well maintained home.
There's a huge garden and off road parking for 3 to 4 cars. The downstairs tenant has 2 small dogs stay 2 or 3 nights a week; and own livingroom and bathroom.
Shared, large, modern upstairs bathroom, with additional toilet on that floor. Sharing with 2 others upstairs. Very spacious feel to the home, all rooms are very private, large and freshly decorated.
Lovely sleepy village with a pub, well stocked shop, park with lovely river walks. Quiet little country lane. Enormous detached home with private garden, both very spacious and private. Half an hour drive to Cambridge or Peterborough.
