I make the rent as cheap as possible, but that does not mean that there is anything wrong with the house and people usually stay here for years at a time without any problems.

-The house is a 15/20 minute walk from the town centre along the river or past the football ground with bus stops on the doorstep to and from the city centre and Anglia Ruskin University, It is also near Aldi and surrounded by pleasant countryside and the river.
It has easy parking and the rooms benefit from high-quality king-size beds. Any needs are met for further furniture requirements.
