We have one double room and one very large en-suite room on the second floor of our brand new house available to let.

The location is in Cardea (Stanground) and there is close walking and cycle access to Stanground central. We are friendly, clean, professional non-smokers. We have one cat who is very cuddly.

- The house has large front room and kitchen / diner. State of the art flat screen TVs in both rooms with on-demand movies and TV shows.

- All shower rooms are double showers with lots of space and luxury high pressure thermostatic systems.

- 300Mpbs FTTH broadband, wifi and ethernet ports to every room. Fastest domestic internet in the UK and we also have a large selection of movies and TV shows available from our in-house movie server for you to enjoy at your leisure. You can relax and enjoy movie time after a hard day at work.

- Our house has 24/7 heating at 23 degrees so you can relax in a nice warm room, and a very large garden so you can sit out in the sun and enjoy some peace on your weekends.

We have a cleaner 3 times a week in the communal area who will also clean your shower room once a week at no extra cost.

For double room you only share the shower room and toilet with 1 other female tenant.
