Double Room in Pretty Location

Double room to let in a quiet village location with views looking out over the countryside. We live down a quiet close to the rear of the village overlooking fields.. There is parking available on the road very close to the property. We have one cat.

We have a good pub (Red Lyon) and a village store/postoffice. Property is located about 5 miles from Ely and about 9 miles from the science park and the city of Cambridge. Waterbeach is about 7 miles away. Both Ely, Waterbeach and Cambridge have a train station.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath and the facilities are shared, mostly by one other in the week. Limited use of laundry facilities also available and shared use the the kitchen. Expanding desk so you can have a quiet place to study/work if required. We have a very strong Wifi signal.

We are looking for a professional Monday to Friday with the option to return on a Sunday evening if needed. No weekend stay.

Our accommodation is likely to suit a professional/contractor who is working on a contract and prefers to return home to family at weekends. Not suitable for student accommodation.

We are a Non Smoking household.

Short term full time let’s will be considered, price would be adjusted to accommodate additional day’s .
